Company | LVT Löt- und Verschleißtechnik
Since 1984, the LVT Löt- und Verschleißtechnik GmbH is specialised in producing high quality wearing parts for different fields of application.
We pay particular attention to brazing tungsten carbide on diverse steel bodies.
Since 1984 we specialised in flame and induction brazing and it is still part of our work today. In the past we used continuous- and hydrogen furnaces, later we switched to vacuum furnaces, which is now the only furnace brazing method we use.
Along with our brazing techniques we also use adhering techniques. Further to pure tungsten carbide wear protection we also provide welded wear protection or combinations of both procedures.
In the former years we enlarged and improved our range of connection processes as well as vertical integration. We therefore may provide perfect individual solutions for our customers. We continuously invest in further training of our employees and a modern work infrastructure.
We would like to give you an overview of our possibilities and competences on the following pages.
For the discussion of special individual applications, our team is looking forward to getting in contact.
